Prior to this, Baygum Jan Khanum had settled with her two sons, Haji Sayyid Muhammad and Haji Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, over her share of inheritance from her late husband, Haji Mir Kazim, and also over her share of inheritance from Haji Mir Hasan. Now, after some disputes, another settlement is made between them and the sons are required to financially support Baygum Jan Khanum as long as she lives, take her on a pilgrimage to Karbala’ and Mashhad, and pay for her funeral and burial costs.
